Would a First Responder Know You Have Diabetes?
Do you wear a medical alert bracelet or necklace? Do you have a medical alert card in your wallet? What about in or on your car? First responders told us that having something to alert them to your condition makes a huge difference. Also make sure to include ICE (In Case of Emergency) contacts attached to your medical ID card in your wallet and in your cellphone contacts list.
